Strength Training - PT
Strength training also known as weight or resistance training is physical activity designed to improve muscular fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weights, weight machines, or your own body weight. Your workouts will be specific to the equipment available with you.

1. If you want to Cancel any or Reschedule any session - it must be inform at least 2 hours prior the session timing
2. If you are late more than 20 mins of the session - The session will not be rescheduled and will be considered as Delay from Client
